The Princess Peach Diaries | New Vlog Series!

Hey there, Nerds! I know it’s been a while, but January has turned out to be more of a kick in the pants than I realized. I’ve been experiencing some personal issues that I’m currently dealing with behind the scenes, but I always think about you guys.

Today, though, I have something exciting to share with you all! As some of you may have noticed, I started creating YouTube videos again! Though I love writing on this blog, certain things are easier to share in a video format. And, despite all of the controversies surrounding the platform, I’m trying to keep things more low key in the meantime.

I do have big plans for my channel, though, with one plan being to vlog the progress of my Princess Peach cosplay. In fact, the first installment went up today!

I’m *cleverly* calling it The Princess Peach Diaries (because I think I’m hilarious), and I’m super excited to share my progress, trials and tribulations, and other fun stuff with you guys through YouTube.

The goal for this series is to vlog two weeks’ worth of work on the entirety of this cosplay, and I mean EVERYTHING: the dress, the accessories, the crown, and even the styling of the wig. My hope is that it will be an excellent supplement to my recap blog post I will write once the cosplay is complete. But, since that is some time away, these vlogs will hopefully provide you with some entertainment, and give you insight into my crazy sewing world.

Let me know in the comments what you guys think of this new style! I am new to YouTube, and any advice or constructive criticism will only help to improve my future videos. If you would like to see more of my cosplay creations, take a look at my Becoming Batgirl posts! Happy Monday!

Life was meant to be lived nerdily, so what are you waiting for?
