Can you believe it? It’s been TWO YEARS since I started this little blog! I’m astonished at how fast the time has flown, and how much this site has grown. You wouldn’t know it, but this blog originally started as a term-long project for a media class I took in college; once the class ended, I decided to continue on with the blog, and here we are today! With over 200 posts, nearly 350 followers, and countless Blog Buddies and YouTubes Pals, Nerd∙ily has seriously grown since its first days as Nerdy by Nature.

So, what’s next for Nerd∙ily? Well, to be honest, I have so much in the works that I believe it will be quite the busy year. I’ve already launched a new series about casual cosplay, C2E2 is coming up in a few months, I have two cosplays in the works, and a slew of film and TV show premieres coming up. But what else?

Right now, I am considering the possibility of working with companies for the first time, and I want to collaborate with fellow bloggers and YouTubers more. This will take a lot of prep work to do so, but I’m confident that we can do great things by going down this route.

I also have some secret plans I cannot divulge at this time, so you’ll just have to wait to see what happens in the near future!

Additionally, I’m planning big things for my annual C2E2 Week, coordinating unique DIYs, and curating nerdy items for future posts.

I know I’m being a little vague, but some things are best left unsaid; it makes the surprise worthwhile. But, at the end of the day, I’m so thankful that I get to do this; that I can consider some of you as friends and colleagues, and that I get to be myself here. No matter how scarce I may get, this blog is the most important thing to me. In other words, thank you for being here, and for making Nerd•ily what it is.
